Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies (collectively "cookies") to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the platform, and understand how the Service is used.
2. Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary
Required for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core features.
- Authentication (Supabase): Keeps you signed in across pages.
- CSRF / session security: Protects against cross-site request forgery.
- Workspace selection: Remembers which team workspace you have active.
- Stripe checkout: Processes payments securely (Stripe domain).
2.2 Functional
Improve your experience by remembering choices.
- UI preferences: Theme, sidebar state, currency display.
- Onboarding state: Tracks completion of guided tours.
2.3 Analytics
Help us understand how visitors use the marketing site so we can improve it.
- Microsoft Clarity: Anonymized session recordings and heatmaps on marketing pages only. Set on the marketing site, not inside the authenticated app.
- Sentry: Error monitoring uses local storage to deduplicate crash reports. No advertising profile is built.
2.4 Third-Party Platforms
When you connect Meta, TikTok, or Google Drive, those providers may set their own cookies on their authorization pages. Their cookie policies apply during that flow.
3. How to Control Cookies
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. EU/UK/EEA visitors who wish to opt out of analytics cookies can do so via their browser's tracking-protection settings or by contacting support@adship.ai.
4. Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no consistent industry standard exists. We do not use cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles of you.
5. Changes to This Policy
We will update this page when we add or remove material cookie providers. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
